Dried tomato pâté is ideal for seasoning bread and croutons, or for preparing sophisticated first courses. Probably, it is the most versatile and indispensable cream in the kitchen. We make it with little: we process the dried tomatoes and prepare them in a solution of extra virgin olive oil and wine vinegar.

HOW TO USE DRIED TOMATO PATÉ?
From bruschetta to panzerotti, but also salad and gourmet sandwiches. Our advice? Use the Mediterranean-flavoured pâté on a slice of artisan bread with a drizzle of oil: you will amaze all your guests!

After harvesting, the olives are transformed into oil within 12-24 hours to maintain the low degree of acidity and guarantee all the flavor and freshness of the freshly picked fruit.
